Start a post from the pen at the top of the Feed: ask a question, discuss a case, run a poll or mark a milestone. Add photos. Members react, comment in threads, repost and mention each other.

What you can do in Community
Saved for later
Save a post with the bookmark on its card and find it again in the Saved tab of your own profile, which only you see. Save events the same way, and filter Events to show only the ones you saved.
Messages
Write to another member directly. Only the two of you see the conversation, unless one of you reports a message: moderators then receive a copy of it. Before you send a clinical photo in a message, you confirm it identifies no one.
Network
Search colleagues by name, specialty or location and send a connection request.
Jobs
Post a vacancy or find one. Listings show the clinic, the role and an approximate location from the pincode. To sort by distance, the app asks for your approximate location once, while it is open. A phone number appears only if the poster chooses to share it, and only to signed-in members who ask.
Events
Workshops, webinars, conferences, fellowships and expos. Filter by type or free events, save the ones you want and open the organiser's page to register.
Safety
Report a post, comment, message, event, listing or member and it is hidden for you at once. Block anyone: a block works both ways and stops messages. Moderators review each report, tell you the outcome and tell the author if something is removed.
Patient privacy
The Community Guidelines forbid anything that could identify a patient: faces, names, numbers, charts or X-rays with names or dates. If you see it, report it.
Joining
Choose a username and agree to the Community Guidelines. You can do it later: the Diary works without a Community profile.
