Your record belongs to your clinic
Your dentist decides what to record about your visits and keeps it in SiriON. We store it to run the app for them.
Consent
Your dentist records your consent in person, or sends you a request on WhatsApp to confirm it.
Messages
Clinics can send appointment reminders on WhatsApp. Reply to a message to stop them.
Questions about your record
Ask your clinic first: they hold the record. You can also write to us at grievance@sirionhealth.com and we will pass your request to them.
Your privacy in Community
Dentists using SiriON's Community must not post anything that could identify you. If you see something that does, write to us.
