The Diary: your appointments and patient records.
Book visits and keep notes and records. See your day at a glance, with or without a connection.
What the Diary does
New visit
Pick a recent patient, search for one or add a new one. Choose the treatment, mark the teeth on the tooth chart (FDI numbering), set the time and add a note. Confirm the patient's consent and book. It is on Today.
Patient consent and reminders
Record a patient's consent in person, or send a consent request on WhatsApp with Pro or Pro+. Patients can reply to opt out of messages.
The voice assistant
Say the booking. SiriON fills in the fields and shows them on an OP card for you to check before anything is saved. Pro: 100 uses a month. Pro+: 500.
Calendar
See the weeks ahead and pick a day to book. Days off, holidays and leave are greyed out.
Stats and the stats poster
Appointments and treatments for the week, the month or all time. Share them as a poster.
Streaks
Your streak counts the days you use SiriON. Days off and public holidays do not break it.
Offline
The Diary works without a connection. The copy on your phone is encrypted, and changes sync when you are back online.
Your colour
Choose a theme colour in Settings and the app follows it.
If you stop paying
Your account moves to the free Community plan. Nothing is deleted: your Diary stays readable, you can update appointment status and export your data.
Plans
Community is free. The Diary comes with Pro or Pro+. The app shows the price before you subscribe.
