Credits and licences
In short. SiriON is built with open source software, fonts and data made by others. This page credits them and points to their licence terms. The full licence text of every software package in the app is in the app under Settings, Legal and policies, Licences.
1. Place data
1.1 Place names, pincodes and locations used in Jobs come from GeoNames (geonames.org), used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0). We imported and reformatted the data for searching.

2.1 The SIL Open Font License texts are shipped with the app and shown on its Licences screen.
3. Software
3.1 SiriON is built with Flutter and many open source packages, including packages from Supabase, RevenueCat, Firebase and Sentry. Each package's licence, including the BSD, MIT and Apache licences, is listed with its full text on the app's Licences screen.
4. Public holidays
4.1 Indian public holiday dates are provided by Calendarific (calendarific.com).
5. Publications
5.1 Publication details you add to your Community profile are looked up from OpenAlex (openalex.org), Semantic Scholar (semanticscholar.org) and the DOI system (doi.org). OpenAlex data is available under the CC0 public domain dedication.
6. Trademarks
6.1 Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play, Android and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. Other names belong to their owners. Their use here does not mean they endorse SiriON.
