Jobs Board terms and notice
In short. Jobs lets members post dental vacancies and find them. When you post, other signed-in members see your clinic name, its approximate location, the role details and your name as shown on your Community profile. Your phone number is shown only if you choose, only to signed-in members who ask for it, and the number of times a member can see numbers each day is limited. Applicants never pay to apply. Listings must be honest and must not discriminate.
1. What others see when you post
1.1 Signed-in SiriON members can see:
- your clinic name;
- the clinic's approximate location, placed from the pincode you enter, so it appears only approximately on the map;
- the details you enter, such as qualifications, pay, timings and description;
- your name as shown on your Community profile.
1.2 Your phone number is shown only if you tick "Show my phone number to signed-in members". It is then shown only to signed-in members who tap to see it, and each member can see at most 40 numbers a day. If you do not show a number, members can message you in SiriON if you allow it.
2. How long a listing stays up
2.1 A listing stays up for 30 days unless you renew it, mark it filled or remove it. You can edit or remove a vacancy at any time.
2.2 When you remove a listing, or we remove or reject it, your phone number is erased from it straight away. If a listing expires, the number is erased 30 days after expiry. Expired or filled listings are erased after a year, and removed or rejected listings after 90 days.
3. Rules for posting
3.1 By posting you confirm that:
- you are authorised to post this vacancy for this clinic;
- the details are accurate and the role is a real dental role;
- the role does not ask applicants for any payment, deposit or fee;
- the role does not exclude anyone by religion, caste, gender, marital status or age;
- you will update or remove the listing when it is filled or changes.
3.2 New listings may be checked by our moderators before or after they appear. Listings that contain blocked terms are held for review.
4. Rules for applicants
4.1 Never pay to apply for a job. Report any listing that asks for money.
4.2 We do not employ the people who post jobs and we do not take part in hiring. Check an employer before you share documents or agree to work.
5. Approximate location for searching
5.1 If you allow it, SiriON reads your phone's approximate location once, while the app is open, to sort jobs by distance. It is not saved to your profile or shared with other members. You can search by city or pincode instead. Place names come from GeoNames.
6. Reporting and removal
6.1 Use Report on a listing's page. Moderators review reports within 24 hours. Listings that break these terms or our Community Guidelines are removed. Closed reports are erased after 180 days.
